
Warren, known affectionately as “Bunny,” has decades of success identifying tech giants in their earliest stages. His work with SilverSpring Networks earned him a place on the Forbes Midas List of Top Technology Investors, and he was named a Top 100 Seed Investor by Business Insider. A four-time CEO of public and venture-backed companies, Bunny also worked with Steve Jobs at NeXT, which was later acquired by Apple. Apart from the boards that Bunny serves on for WestWave Capital, he continues as a General Partner on prior funds at Foundation Capital, where he no longer makes new investments. He also serves on the board of Visier and previously on ForgeRock, guiding it through IPO to its $2.3B acquisition by Thoma Bravo. Beyond venture, Bunny is on the board of the Weiss Scholarship Foundation, supporting high school education for children in Kenya.

Gaurav has been a key driver of innovation in the cloud computing industry. He co-founded CliQr Technologies in 2010 and served as its CEO until it was acquired by Cisco in 2016. At Cisco, Gaurav led cloud engineering for Cisco’s cloud and container initiatives and advised Cisco on related investments and acquisitions. He received a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi and a MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University. Gaurav holds several patents in the areas of distributed computing and automating infrastructure and applications management. Gaurav currently serves on the Board of Directors of Spectro Cloud, Zingly, Sonet and Fractl.

Prior to WestWave Capital, Rohan worked at StartX, the Stanford University accelerator. He focused on long-term strategy for StartX, and has been a mentor to founders of early-stage StartX companies for nearly ten years. He is also the co-founder and former CTO of MindSumo, a platform connecting students and companies for career and consulting opportunities. MindSumo was backed by Google Ventures, and recently got acquired by MBO Partners. Rohan graduated from Stanford University in 2009, with a BS in Computer Science focusing on systems and theory. He worked at startups all through his college years, including at Optumsoft (founded by Professor David Cheriton).

Damon oversees the financial management, reporting and administrative functions of WestWave Capital and brings over 25 years of experience to his role. Prior to joining WestWave Capital, he was Principal & Chief Financial Officer for Triage Consulting Group. Damon is a Certified Public Accountant, inactive, and started his career at Arthur Andersen, serving public and private companies, before becoming a Partner at Sensiba where he led the Audit Practice and served venture funds and venture-backed technology companies. Damon earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of California, Los Angeles and is currently on the Board of Directors of the San Francisco Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) and is the Chairman of the SPCA’s Audit Committee. Damon serves as a board observer for Cigent and Elate.
